A fee of $4.99 (plus taxes) will apply to all mail returns and will be deducted from the refund. Subject to the following, we will refund your return (mail or in-store) according to the original payment method, for all merchandise unworn , in perfect resalable condition, and in its original box . Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded to a new gift card. GIFT CARDS Our gift cards can only be used for the purchase of our merchandise in-store. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable for monetary value. FINAL SALE A sale product stamped in red as final sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. Final sale on all merchandise reduced by 50% or more.

To return or exchange an item purchased online, please click our 'MAKE A RETURN' button above. You will need your email address and order number to submit your request. After selecting the reasons for the return/exchange, you will automatically receive your return label by email.

Please ensure that returned items are in perfect condition and in their original box. A fee of $4.99 (plus taxes) will apply to all mail-in returns and will be deducted from your refund. By presenting your invoice, you can also return or exchange your order for free at one of our 20 Bopied or Tendances chaussures stores across Quebec. Consult our map here. Initial shipping fees are not refunded for returns.
