Olang Contest - Fall-Winter 2025 Collection

CONTEST RULES

1. Organizers and duration

The "Olang" contest is held by Chaussures Bo-Pied inc. (hereinafter: the "contest organizers").
It takes place in Quebec.
It begins on November 10, 2025 and ends on November 16, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (hereinafter: the "contest period").

2. Eligibility

This contest is open to any person residing in Canada who has reached the age of majority in their province of residence.

Excluded are:

  • employees, agents and representatives of Chaussures Bo-Pied inc., their subsidiaries, related and affiliated companies,

  • their advertising and promotion agencies,

  • partners, participating merchants, prize, material and service providers related to this contest,

  • as well as any other party directly involved in the conduct of the contest, their family, their legal or de facto spouse and all persons with whom these employees, representatives and agents reside.

3. How to participate

No purchase necessary.

To participate, fill out the online registration form between November 10, 2025 and November 16, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (EST).

Instructions:

  • Only one entry form per person is allowed.

  • Participants must respect the limit of one (1) entry per person, failing which the organizers reserve the right to cancel one or more entries.

4. Prize

To be won:
🎁 2 pairs of Olang boots — one for you and one for your friend (Fall-Winter 2025 collection).

Conditions:
a) The prize is not convertible to cash, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
b) Models and sizes are subject to availability.

5. Draw

The random draw will be held at the offices of Chaussures Bo-Pied inc., located at 2626 Papineau, Longueuil (Quebec), on November 17, 2025 (EST).

One (1) entry form will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received.
Only one person per residence can win.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

6. Prize claim

To be declared a winner, any selected person must:
a) be of legal age in their province of residence (18 years or older in Quebec);
b) confirm their acceptance of these rules;
c) comply with all conditions;
d) respond within the time limit indicated in the organizers' communication.

In case of non-compliance with any of these conditions, the selection will be cancelled and another participant will be chosen.

7. General Conditions

  • Non-compliant participation: disqualification possible for any attempt at cheating.

  • Prize acceptance: the prize must be accepted as is, without transfer or exchange.

  • Substitution: if the prize cannot be awarded as described, a prize of equivalent value or its monetary value may be offered.

  • Refusal of prize: releases the organizers from any obligation towards the participant.

  • Responsibility: Chaussures Bo-Pied inc. and its partners cannot be held responsible for any damage related to the use of the prize or technical problems (computers, networks, data transmission, etc.).

  • Modification: the organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the contest in the event of an event affecting its proper conduct, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, if necessary.

  • Labour dispute: no responsibility in case of strike, lockout or event beyond control.

  • Authorization: by participating, winners authorize the organizers to use their name, image, voice and place of residence for advertising purposes, without remuneration.

  • Communication: only selected persons will be contacted.

  • Final decisions: any decision of the organizers is final and without appeal, subject to the decisions of the Régie.

  • Dispute: any dispute may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for arbitration.

  • Precedence: if an article of the rules is deemed invalid, the others remain applicable.
