CONTEST // ECCO

RULES OF PARTICIPATION

The "ECCO" contest is held by Chaussures Bo-Pied inc. (hereinafter: the "contest organizers"). It takes place in Quebec. It begins on May 4, 2026 and ends on May 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (hereinafter: the "contest duration").

ELIGIBILITY

This contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority.

Excluded are: employees, agents and representatives of Chaussures Bo-Pied inc., their subsidiaries, related and affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, partners, participating merchants, prize suppliers, materials and services related to this contest or any other party directly involved in the holding of this contest, their family, their legal or de facto spouse and all persons with whom these employees, representatives and agents reside.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Register for the online contest between May 4 and May 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

PRIZE

One (1) pair of ECCO shoes of the winner's choice from our SS26 collection available at BOPIED: 👉 https://bopied.com/collections/ecco

IMPORTANT: The winner will be contacted exclusively by email on May 19, 2026. Note: We will never ask for bank details or sensitive information via social media.

Applicable conditions: a) The prize is not redeemable for cash, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

DRAW

The random draw will be held at the offices of Chaussures Bo-Pied inc., located at 2626 Papineau, Longueuil, on May 19, 2026 at 10 a.m. (EDT).

One (1) entry form will be randomly drawn from all entries received to award the prize described above.

There is a limit of one prize per person and per residence. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

PRIZE CLAIM

To be declared a winner, the selected person must: a) be of legal age in their province of residence; b) confirm their acceptance of these rules; c) comply with all applicable conditions; d) respond within 48 hours of the communication from the organizers being sent.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry deemed non-compliant or fraudulent.

Any prize must be accepted as is and cannot be substituted or exchanged.

Chaussures Bo-Pied inc. and its partners cannot be held responsible for any damage related to participation or use of the prize.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the contest in the event of circumstances beyond their control.

By participating, the winners authorize the organizers to use their name, image and statement for promotional purposes, without additional remuneration.

No communication will be sent to participants except to the winner.

Any decision by the organizers is final and without appeal.
